| Stirling Jail? |
The question is, can we get cake in Stirling Jail and will it be made of Lego?
We will find out.
There are loads of places to visit on a Tuesday afternoon not far from our Perth HQ. We came up with a not-quite-exhaustive list of possibilities and this is it:
- Castle Campbell at Dollar
- Various places in Edinburgh including the botanic gardens, the National Portrait Gallery following its revamp, the Museum of Scotland, the Museum of Childhood and Mary King's Close
- A few places in Stirling, such as the jail, the castle and the Wallace Monument
- The Beatrix Potter exhibition at Birnam
- The Scottish Crannog Centre on Loch Tay
- Fortingall Yew
- Vane Farm nature reserve
- In St Andrews, there's the castle, botanic gardens, the abbey ruins, not to mention the secret bunker, if it's not so secret we can't find it
- The beach and castle at Broughty Ferry
- North Berwick and the Bass Rock
- Rosslyn Chapel
- Dunfermline Abbey ... and the renowned Pound Shop
- Falkland Palace
- Scone Palace
- The Black Watch Museum
- Discovery Point and jutery in Dundee
- Er, Havana.
We might get nice pastelitos, though.
